No reason to panic. ?
There sure is a LONG list of words and phrases, and I would not expect any student to learn all of these at once.
These lessons offer vocabulary as tools, and phrases/sentences as an example, how these words are used.
You can check which of them are the most important to you, and concentrate on learning them. You can for example decide to learn 10 new words, and 5-10 sentences.
Make also notes, to which you can return at a later date, that suits you the best.

Are we expected to memorize all of the dialogues? There are a LOT of new words in them and it would make it VERY difficult for me to remember all of them. Should I keep studying it until I can memorize all the words, or is it meant just to see the vocabulary words used in a sentance?
I would have to stay on this lesson a VERY long time to get familiar with all the dialogue terms.
